To protect the interest of the members and be in their
aid in the event assistance of any nature is solicited.

represent before statutory bodies where a member alone
is not able to redress its grievance or resolving
any issue.
- To
represent before the Government authorities for facilitating
with justified norms of Export/Import, Sales Tax,
Excise Duties, Customs formalities so that IT activities
in Eastern India is boasted.
- To
settle any difference of opinion between the members
and reconciliation amongst the members.
- To
educate the members with the latest of the events
on the respective subject matter.
- To
liaise and negotiate with the Principles for improvement
of their service support in Eastern India.
For
the users
-
To reach all relevant IT information at the doorstep
through Web Site and Printed bulletins.

To assist and guide the users if need arises so. A
Customers' Cell is proposed to start functioning soon
for this matter.
- To
organize yearly Exhibitions and Seminars where any
one can participate, have first hand experience of
the IT methods of various make and model under one
roof.
- To
get requisite assistance, if one is interested in
venturing in the IT profession.
- A
training Canter will also start functioning soon where
experts will impart training on Computer Hardware,
Software, and Computer related Peripherals.
