Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also qualified post qualification course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Information System Audit. He is Practicing as a Chartered Accountant for nearly a decade and presently he is a partner of the firm - M/s Agrawal Singhania & Co., Kolkata.

He served as a member co-opted in "Fiscal Law Committee" of the EIRC of ICAI and presently he is a member co-opted in "Indirect Tax Law Committee" of the EIRC of ICAI.

He is specialised in Service Tax. He has authored a book on service tax titled "Service Tax Guide", first book on service tax from Eastern India.

He is a regular contributor of articles and has a numbered of published articles in various reputed journals, souvenirs, newsletters etc. Mr. Goyal has attended as speaker many seminars, conferences and programmes organized by professional and non-professional bodies which includes:
