6th IT Exhibition of Eastern India, Compass 2001 was organized by Computer Association of Eastern India at Netaji Indoor Stadium from 20th January to 23rd January. 84 exhibitors from India and Bangladesh participated in the mega event. Mr. Bijoy Chatterjee, the Principal Secretary IT, Govt. of West Bengal inaugurated the Exhibition on 20th January. Mr. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee sent his message of best wishes to all Compass members. He also delivered keynote address on 22nd January, after he had gone round the exhibits in the fair.
