Sub. : MEGA IT EVENT OF THE EAST ORGANISED BY COMPASS

I on behalf of the Exhibition Committee of COMPASS - 2004, hereby take the opportunity to thank each and every member for their overwhelming support and endeavour extended to us every year and their contribution towards the success of the COMPASS Exhibition.

It gives me a great pleasure in stating that once again the winter has set in and now it is time for COMPASS 2004. This is a golden opportunity and platform for all in the industry to expand their business.

On seeing your demand and gesture for the Mega IT event, the Board members have decided to go all out in a big way and give COMPASS 2004 a new dimension and direction.

To provide our members with better facilities and also oversee that none of our members are left out from this MEGA EVENT, we have shifted our Exhibition to the South Eastern Fringe of Brigade Parade Ground, (opp. Birla Planetarium / Victoria Memorial), Kolkata Maidan.

Period of Exhibition : 13th to 17th February, 2004

The theme of COMPASS 2004 is "ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL WORLD".

The Booking form for Pavilions and Stalls in COMPASS 2004 will reach you shortly.

THE BOOKING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOW: -

SUBMISSION OF BOOKING FORM ON OR BEFORE 30th DECEMBER 2003. WITH CHEQUES.

ALLOTMENT BY LOTTERY ON 3rd JANUARY 2004 AT 5.30 PM.

Members are requested to feel free and come forward with their valued suggestions and wish the committee a grand success for this Mega Event COMPASS 2004.
