Eligibility
- Participation is by invitation only and is open to:
- Members of COMPASS
- Select stakeholders from the IT industry ecosystem
- The event is intended exclusively for organizations associated with the IT sector.
- Only Proprietors, Partners or Directors of such organizations are eligible to attend as delegates.
- Family members or friends are not permitted as accompanying persons unless they are involved in the business.
Registration & Inclusions
- Delegates are entitled to the following:
- One night twin-sharing stay at ITC Royal Bengal on 12th September 2025
- Check-in: 2:00 PM on 12th September | Check-out: 11:00 AM on 13th September
- All meals during the event: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, and 1 breakfast
- Registration will be considered complete only after the online form is duly filled and the payment is successfully made through the official gateway. Any platform charges will be realised directly from the delegate at the time of making the payment.
- Registration once completed cannot be cancelled or transferred. No refund will be applicable in case of non-attendance or withdrawal by the delegate.
- Tax Invoice will be raised on completion of the event.
General Terms
- COMPASS reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any registration at its discretion.
- In case of cancellation by COMPASS, applicable refunds will be accordingly processed.
- By proceeding with the registration, the delegate confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Substitution of delegates is strictly not allowed.
- All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the event code of conduct as may be communicated.
