While most of our offerings are digital or service-based, this Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of any physical items (if applicable) such as certificates, event kits, publications, or promotional materials.
1. General Scope
This policy applies to any physical products or materials distributed by COMPASS, including but not limited to:
Membership kits or ID cards
Conference/event kits
Printed publications or promotional merchandise
Any materials associated with official COMPASS initiatives
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship physical items only within India, with a primary focus on Eastern India, where most of our members are located. For requests outside our standard service areas, delivery may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Orders or dispatches will typically be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation or event completion.
For customized items (e.g., personalized certificates), processing may take additional time.
Delays due to external logistics providers, public holidays, or natural disruptions are beyond COMPASS’s control.
4. Shipping Charges
For most member-related materials (e.g., ID cards, certificates), shipping is included in the membership or event fee unless otherwise specified.
In case of separate orders for merchandise or publications, shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.
5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier and postal service providers (e.g., India Post, DTDC, or equivalent) to ensure timely and secure delivery of materials.
6. Tracking and Notifications
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable) after dispatch.
Members or recipients are advised to ensure that the address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
7. Failed Deliveries
In case of a failed delivery due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Recipient unavailable
Refusal to accept
The package may be returned to COMPASS. Re-delivery will only be arranged upon request and may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Damage or Missing Items
If any item received is damaged or incomplete:
Report the issue to info@compassindia.com within 3 business days of receipt.
Provide photographs and a description of the issue for quicker resolution.
Replacements, if approved, will be shipped without additional charge.
